LeBron James has proven his dominance in the Eastern Conference once again this year with a 4-0 sweep of the Toronto Raptors. With this series sweep Lebron James will be going to his tenth conference finals appearance in just twelve seasons.

LeBron and the Cleveland Cavaliers’ most likely opponent in the conference finals is the Boston Celtics. The Celtics are currently up 3-1 on the Philadelphia 76ers, an astonishing feat when you consider that the Celtics are without their superstars Gordon Hayward and Kyrie Irving.

But LeBron’s postseason didn’t start out so hot. The Cavs had to go to a Game 7 against a young Indiana Pacers squad to survive and advance. So the question is, will Lebron James be able to lead his team to yet another NBA Finals appearance?

That’s what I asked 9th grader Garrett Sisk. “I think LeBron will be able to do it. But that being said, if the Celtics had Kyrie and Hayward then they would definitely be able to handle the Cavs.”

I then asked this same question to 9th grader Aidan Labut, to which he replied, “I think the Celtics have a better coach, therefore they will take down LeBron. But no one should ever discount the King, so who knows.”
