Congrats to the Lady Hawks bringing home their first ever state championship!

Congrats to the boys team for being state runners up!

In an email to faculty and staff, Coach David Montgomery said:

“These athletes have been training since June 4. 5 A.M. practices, 6 days a week, 30 to 50 mph winds, 10 to 12 mile long runs- much of it for the boys to reach a sub 5 minute pace, and girls a sub 6 minute pace.  few thousand pushups, pull ups, abs, etc. 100 kids ran through the season and most have a 3.0 GPA or higher.”
